Returns & replacements
ThinkAerial offers a complete replacement or return of any product only under the following conditions!
**Defective on Arrival**
Product is defect at the time its arrived
**Mismatch with Description**
Product not as per description
**Damaged on Arrival**
Product is faulty or broken when you receive it
For refund process please check FAQ page, to get refund too customer has to inform us within 5 days after received of product. No exception, and it has to be in its orignal condition with original packing. ThinkAerial holds right to reject refund request if any product is found not in its original condition.
Note:
1.Shipping charges for returns would be bare by the customer and is non refundable.
2.Above conditions are not applicable for all products. For some products we have to take replacement approval from supplier (Like FrSky, Caddx, Runcam, Radiomaster etc. )
